My Present Position
I am a general law practitioner, with emphasis on civil and criminal litigation in Federal courts.
While the majority of my 37 years of legal experience has been in the prosecution and defense of state, federal and military criminal matters, I also have extensive experience in all aspects of civil practice, including personal injury (including Federal Tort Claims), transportation, personnel law (including Title VII defense), condemnation, and administrative law. I have briefed and argued many cases before Federal and State courts of appeals.
